Flow vs. NetSuite
The power of an enterprise ERP without the 12-month wait.
Flow is an AI-native ERP built for multi-entity finance. Full data migration in minutes. No consultants or surprise fees. White-glove implementation and support included.

Built for multi-entity
Whether you're managing 2 entities or 200+, Flow handles intercompany transactions, consolidations, automated eliminations, and approval workflows natively. No expensive add-ons or painful configuration, just a platform that scales as your business grows.
Migrate years of data in hours
Flow's in-house implementation team handles everything without external consultants, exorbitant fees, or a year-long timeline. And unlike most ERPs that only migrate trial balances, Flow brings over your full transactional history, so you have complete context from the moment you start.
AI that accelerates workflows
suggests accounts, matches transactions, flags outliers, and automates your reconciliation.
Support from people who actually know finance
Flow's support team is made up of in-house Accounting and Finance specialists who understand your work. Whether you're navigating a complex consolidation or troubleshooting a reconciliation, the right expertise is always a message away.

Does Flow charge extra for any features?
No. Everything in Flow is included: multi-entity consolidation, FP&A, AI agents, intercompany workflows, and more. The price you're quoted is the price you pay, with no surprise add-ons as your business grows.
What's included in Flow's pricing?
Everything. Flow includes all features, unlimited entities, unlimited users, white-glove implementation, full transactional data migration, and ongoing support from in-house finance specialists.
What is Framer?
Framer is a design tool that allows you to design websites on a freeform canvas, and then publish them as websites with a single click.
Does Flow have any hidden fees or add-ons?
None. Flow doesn't have a module marketplace or a tiered feature structure. What you see in the product is what you get: no unlocking, upgrading, or consulting fees to configure what should already work out of the box.
How long does implementation on Flow actually take?
Most customers are live within a week. Flow's in-house implementation team handles the entire process, from data migration to your first close, with no third-party consultants, drawn-out timelines, or variable implementation fees.
Do I need to hire a consultant to get started with Flow?
No. Unlike most ERP implementations, Flow doesn't require outside consultants to get you up and running. Our in-house team manages the full implementation from start to finish, and ongoing support is included.
What does Flow’s "white-glove implementation" include?
White-glove implementation means a dedicated team handles your full setup – data migration, configuration, and onboarding – so you don't have to figure it out on your own. After implementation, Flow's in-house Finance specialists are available whenever you need them to help you get the most out of the platform.
What data gets migrated to Flow, and how far back can you go?
Unlike many ERPs, Flow migrates your full transactional history. There's no limit on how far back we can go, so you have complete financial context from your very first day on the platform.
What is the total cost of NetSuite?
More than most people expect. NetSuite's pricing starts with a base license, then scales up from there. Multi-entity management, planning and budgeting, advanced consolidation, and revenue recognition are all separate modules with their own cost. Add implementation fees, consultant costs for configuration, and ongoing support, and the total investment often looks very different from the number you were first quoted.
Does NetSuite's base plan include multi-entity consolidation, or is that a separate purchase?
t's a separate purchase. Multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite requires OneWorld, an add-on module that isn't included in the base license. For any business managing more than one entity, OneWorld is effectively a requirement rather than an optional upgrade. Flow was built especially for multi-entity businesses, with consolidation, intercompany workflows, and eliminations included at no extra cost.
