The Service is directed towards our customers and potential customers who work with us or are considering working with us in a business-to-business capacity (collectively, our “Customers”). It is not intended for and should not be used for personal, family, or household purposes. We treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity.
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect information (“Personal Data”) that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you as follows:
Personal Data You Provide to Our Site or through our Services: We collect Personal Data when you submit information to us. Such information includes:
- Contact Details, such as your full name, email address, telephone number and employment information.
- Account Information, such as the username you use to log into your account.
- Payment Information, that our payment service providers collect to process your transactions with us, including your first and last name, payment card information, billing information, and mailing address. We do not store payment card numbers on our systems. The information you provide in connection with your purchases is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Communications, that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.
Personal Data We Obtain From Other Sources:
- Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you visit or interact with our Social Media Pages, the social media platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your Personal Data. We may collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, or that is provided to us by the provider, such as your contact details and aggregate information or analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages. We will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Third-party Login Information: When you link, connect, or login to the Services with a third party service (such as Google, Microsoft, Intuit, or Xero), you direct the service to send us information (e.g., contact information) controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service. The information we receive when you authenticate through a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in the relevant third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with us.
- APIs: In order to provide the Service, we may collect Personal Data and other information from third parties through application programming interfaces (“APIs”). If you maintain an account with any of the following third parties, please be advised that such third party has reserved the right to access and use information we receive through their API in a manner consistent with the third party’s privacy policy.
- Other Sources: We may obtain Personal Data (e.g., business contact information) from other third parties, such as marketing partners, publicly available sources, and data providers.
Personal Data Processed on Behalf of Customers: In order to provide the Services, our platform connects to our Customers’ systems, and third party services our Customers use, to access Customer’s and Customer’s clients’ financial, accounting and related data. Through those connections, we may receive Personal Data about employees and customers of our Customers and our Customers’ clients that such Customers make available to us, such as employee names, titles, and contact information, vendor names and contact information, transaction histories, and client names, contact information, and financial information. We may also receive any Personal Data that Customers choose to provide about themselves and third parties when using our Service LiveFlow. We process that information pursuant to our Terms of Service and other agreements with our Customers. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data we process on behalf of our Customers. Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we are a processor for this Personal Data. If you are such an individual and would no longer like your data to be used by one of our Customers that use our Services or you would like to access, correct or request deletion of your data, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly.
Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Service, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), which browsers people use to access the Service (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation patterns. In particular, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:
- Device Data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To Provide, Operate and Maintain the Services: It is in our legitimate business interests to use Personal Data to operate, maintain, and provide you with our Services, including ensuring you can use our Site. If you are a Customer and we have entered into a contract with you, we will use your Personal Data as required for us to perform our contractual obligations under the relevant contract.
- To Facilitate Your Login to the Services via Third-party Identity and Access Management Providers: It is in our legitimate business interests to use Personal Data to enable you to access our Services through third-party providers, increasing access options and efficiency of using the Services.
- To Establish and Maintain Your User Account on the Services: To perform our contractual obligations to you, or when it is in our legitimate interests to do so, we will use your Personal Data to facilitate the creation, operation, and maintenance of your user account as part of the Services for purposes of personalizing your user experience.

Opt-out of Marketing Communications: You may opt out of marketing-related emails and other communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the communications you receive from us or by contacting us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below. You may continue to receive Services-related and other non-marketing emails.
Personal Data Requests: Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with our Services, you may request the following in relation to Personal Data:

Account Deactivation and Deletion: You may deactivate and delete your account by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. Note that deactivating your account may not cause us to fully delete all of your Personal Data. To request that we do so, please submit a data deletion request as described in the “Personal Data Requests” section.
Limits On Your Privacy Rights and Choices: In some instances, your choices may be limited, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. DATA RETENTION
We keep Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations or until you withdraw your consent (where applicable), or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes), whichever is longer.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of Personal Data, the purposes for which we use Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
CHILDREN
Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 18. LiveFlow does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that an individual under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to LiveFlow through the Service please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Site may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by LiveFlow, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. JOB APPLICANTS
When you visit the “Careers” portion of our websites, we collect the Personal Data that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes but is not limited to business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information of the type that may be included in a resumé. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide and that we process on the basis of your consent. We use this information on the basis of our legitimate business interests to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, to monitor recruitment statistics, and to respond to surveys. We may also use this information to provide improved administration of the Services and as otherwise necessary (i) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us, (ii) to protect and defend our or others’ rights or property, (iii) in connection with a legal investigation and (iv) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy or our terms.
