Here is a quick guide to understanding how QuickBooks admin access work and how it impacts your LiveFlow connections.

• QuickBooks only allows one account to be admin of a company. This is the way QuickBooks is set up and we (LiveFlow) can't influence that, unfortunately.

• If you are not the admin of the QuickBooks company you want to connect to LiveFlow, you can either ask the account admin to give you admin access to the QuickBooks company OR you can ask the admin to connect the QuickBooks company to LiveFlow for you, and then give you editor or admin access to LiveFlow (not to the QuickBooks company). That way, you can import and modify reports from that given company.
