How to stop your QuickBooks Online account from deactivating after inactivity?

1. Select the Gear Icon
2. Click Company Settings
3. Click Advanced and scroll down to click Other Preferences
4. Select the Pencil icon to edit and set the ‘Sign me out if inactive for’ to the hours that suit you
